Shipping Policies
All in stock items are typically shipped within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of order. You will be notified as soon as possible of any out of stock items on your order. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order ships. If you are using an email spam blocker, please make sure the email address sales@parrotenrichment.com is added to your allowed sender list.

Continental U. S. - Our standard method of shipment for continental U.S. addresses is FedEx Ground which takes 3 business days. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. For orders under 4 pounds we may use Priority Mail which typically takes 3 - 5 days.

Alaska and Hawaii - We use Priority Mail which typically takes 4 to 5 days.

Canada - Please send your order request via e-mail to sales@parrotenrichment.com. We will respond within 2 business days with a total that includes shipping and handling fees. Pricing is in U. S. Dollars. If, after reviewing the order total, you want to proceed with the purshase we will send you an invoice to be paid through PayPal. Customs and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
